COSMETIS is an online store for dermo-cosmetics, perfumery, and personal hygiene products.
Customer satisfaction and that of their entire family is our main objective. In addition to having the best products available, we always strive to provide the best service to our customers, constantly seeking improvement.
Our close relationship with long-established pharmacies, our dedicated and experienced team, and being privileged and authorized partners of over 300 brands recognized for their extremely high quality and innovation, allow us to always offer the best to our customers and their families.
The COSMETIS store has been in the health and beauty industry for over 10 years, with a team of approximately 60 professionals, full of professionalism and a desire to serve our customers.
Our team includes various professionals (including several pharmacists) with extensive experience and knowledge of our products (dermo-cosmetics, perfumery, and personal hygiene), always ready to advise and assist our customers in everything they need.
We also know that we must be very humble and therefore we never want to stop learning and evolving in order to continue to surprise our customers and earn their trust.
Sustainability
At Cosmetis, we want to provide all our customers with cosmetics and beauty products at the lowest market prices. However, we know that this cannot be at any cost. We are committed to responsible environmental policies and making sustainability a fundamental pillar of Cosmetis.
With this in mind, we strive daily to:
- Separate the waste generated from our operations on a daily basis.
- Carefully select our partners, always preferring local suppliers to reduce the ecological footprint of these activities.
- Minimize waste in our packaging as much as possible, and for this purpose, we offer various sizes for our shipping boxes. These are chosen according to the quantity of items to be delivered to avoid any wastage.
- Use recycled materials and always be mindful not to use excessive tape in our packaging process.
- Whenever possible, we give new life to packaging materials provided by our suppliers, as we know that by reusing packaging, we contribute to the responsible use of these resources.
