Prime the Stérimar Breathe Easy Daily Nasal Spray by briefly pressing the nozzle. Insert the nozzle into one nostril and press briefly without tilting the head back or sniffing. Blow the nose and repeat in the other nostril. Clean the nozzle after use with soapy water, rinse, and dry. Use as often as required or as recommended by your doctor.
