How to use

Take 4 capsules a day of Arkopharma Plantago, 2 capsules before breakfast and 2 capsules before dinner, with a large glass of water. WARNINGS: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Do not take if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. It is recommended to drink plenty of water during the period of use. Leave at least 1 hour between taking Plantago and taking oral medication. If you do not feel any improvement within 3 days or if you experience abdominal pain or intestinal or colonic disorders, consult your doctor.
