Cut off 30cm of Elgydium Clinic Dental Floss with Chlorhexidine. Wrap it around your index finger. Using your thumbs, carefully guide the floss between your teeth in a back-and-forth motion. Hold the floss tight against the surface of a tooth and slide it downwards. Repeat on the surface of the adjacent tooth.
