How to use

Use Elgydium Plaque and Gums 3 times a day to brush your teeth, after each meal. It is advisable to use a soft toothbrush. A good brushing should take 2 to 3 minutes. For total oral hygiene, combine with a tongue scraper, mouthwash and dental floss.
