How to use

Place Thermacare Thermal Lumbar and Hips Band , with the darker side facing the skin, in the affected area, adjusting the band and closing it in front. For best results, leave on for 8 hours. It may take about 30 minutes for the band to reach the desired temperature. WARNINGS: do not open the sachet if you do not use it immediately. If you are over 55, do not use directly on the skin, use on a piece of clothing.
