Take 1 capsule of BioActivo Vitamin D per day with a meal, with a good glass of water.
In people with vitamin D deficiency, the dose can be increased to 2 capsules per day.
WARNINGS: do not exceed the recommended dosage. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and people that take other medications should consult their doctor before taking this supplement. It is not recommended for children under 12 years old.
