Start applying Esthederm Bronz Impulse Mist 2 weeks before sun exposure, morning and evening. Apply the night before and 20 minutes before sun exposure. Apply daily in the morning and/or evening to prolong the tan.
It does not constitute sun protection and should therefore be used in conjunction with a broad-spectrum sunscreen.
