How to use

Place Thermacare Lumbar and Hip Thermal Band , with the darker side facing the skin, in the affected area, adjusting the band and closing it at the front. For best results, let it work for 8 hours. It may take about 30 minutes for the range to reach the desired temperature. WARNINGS: Do not open the sachet if you do not use it immediately. If you are over 55, do not use directly on the skin, wear over a garment.
