Providing a mattifying effect, ArtDeco Fixing Powder fixes and improves the staying power of makeup, while regulating the skin's oiliness.

Apply ArtDeco Fixing Powder after base makeup with a brush or powder sponge. Gently remove the excess with a brush. It can be used after lipstick as well, to increase its staying power.
