How to use

For liquids, add 5 g (1 measuring spoon) of Nestlé Optifibre Constipation Powder to 200 ml and stir well. For solids, mix the powder into 150 g of food and stir until fully dissolved. Do not exceed the maximum dose of 25 g/day – 5 daily servings.
