How to use

Take 4 capsules a day of Arkopharma Ginger, 2 at breakfast and 2 capsules at dinner, with a large glass of water. In case of motion sickness, take half an hour before traveling (maximum of 3 capsules). During pregnancy, take 3 capsules a day before main meals, always advised by your doctor. WARNINGS: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Do not take in case of known allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
