How to use

Use Gum Paroex Prevention Toothpaste, 2, or 3 times a day. Apply on the dry toothbrush, insisting on the stained areas, and don't forget to brush your tongue. Rinse with water. Finally, use dental floss. Remember that a good brushing should take 2 to 3 minutes.
