How to use

Clean and dry your skin before using Compeed Blister Dressings, ensuring that the blister area is free from creams or oils. Remove the paper from the underside, avoiding touching the adhesive area. Apply the dressing firmly to the blister, ensuring that the edges adhere properly. Leave the dressing on until it starts to peel off.

To remove the dressing, do not pull upwards, pull slowly parallel to the skin.
