How to use

Cut Dr. Scholl Gel Activ Sport Woman Insoles if necessary to adapt to the shape of the foot. Cut along the contour that matches the foot number or use the sole of the shoe as a guide. Remove the insole from the shoe and use only the insole with the gel side facing down. We recommend that these insoles be replaced every six months. To clean, just wipe with a cloth moistened with hot soapy water.
