How to use

Take 1 capsule a day of Immunoglukan P4h, for at least 2 to 3 months. In stressful or acute situations, the dose can be increased to 2-3 capsules per day for 3-7 days.The capsules should be taken at once, with the aid of an adequate amount of water, preferably in the evening before going to bed or in the morning on an empty stomach. The contents of the capsule can be emptied into a spoon, if necessary, and taken that way.
