How to use

Spray John Frieda Sheer Blonde Go Blonder Controlled Lightening Spray on damp hair, from the length to tip after washing. Do not rinse. For best results, follow with your modeling iron. Warning: Use only on previously washed hair. Do not use more than 10 times between dyeing.
