How to use

Use Oral B 3D White Electric Toothbrush Refill with an Oral B electric brush, twice a day, when brushing your teeth. Apply toothpaste on the dry toothbrush and brush, insisting on the stained areas. Rinse with water. When brushing is finished, simply rinse the brush head with water and let it dry. Finally, use dental floss. A good brushing should take 2 to 3 minutes.
