Take 2 capsules of Arkosterol a day, with dinner, with a glass of water.

WARNINGS: Not recommended in case of pregnancy or breastfeeding. Grapefruit juice is not recommended when taking this supplement. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to any of the constituents or in combination with other lipid-lowering therapies such as fibrates or statins. It is not advised to take it in case of liver, kidney and muscle problems. If in doubt, consult your doctor.
