How to use

Apply a strip of Breathe Right Nasal Stripsto the nose, pressing until it adheres to the skin. Wash your nose before applying the strip. If you have oily skin, use a toner before applying. To remove, slowly pull on the edges with the help of warm water.

WARNINGS: Do not use for more than 12 hours a day. Not suitable for treating sleep apnea.
