How to use

Take 1 tablespoon of Absorvit Infantil Cod Liver Oil daily, preferably after breakfast. It should not be taken on an empty stomach. For children from 3 to 6 years old: 1 teaspoon (5ml), for children from 7 years old: 1 dessert spoon (10ml).
