Use Elgydium Clinic Orthodontics Junior Toothbrush to brush teeth, 3 times a day after meals, with a specific toothpaste for orthodontic appliances (such as the Arthrdont range). For complete oral hygiene, use also a tongue scraper, mouthwash and dental floss.
