How to use

To prepare an isotonic solution, mix one Nasopure Refill sachet with 120ml of warm water. To prepare a hypertonic solution, mix one Nasopure Refill sachet with 240ml of warm water.

Pour the sachet into the Nasopure bottle and add the warm water, shaking until the powder is completely dissolved. Tilt your head slightly forward and to the side. Gently press the bottle to irrigate. Repeat in the other nostril.
