Place the contents of 1 sachet of Easyslim Pancakes in a container and add 100 to 120ml cold water. Mix energetically until smooth. Let stand 1 to 3 minutes. Place the mixture in a nonstick skillet lightly greased with a little lean butter or olive oil and cook 1 to 5 minutes (on both sides) over a low heat. Consume within 10 minutes. You can add sweet or savory foods to your preference.
