How to use

Before the first use, boil the Tampax Menstrual Cup in plenty of water for 2 or 3 minutes. To insert the menstrual cup, flatten and fold the cup and squeeze it firmly with the opening upwards and guide it into the vagina, tilted backwards. To remove, simply pull the stem and squeeze the bottom of the cup to remove the vacuum.
