Brush your teeth with Elgydium Interactive Hard Toothbrush for 2 or 3 minutes, 3 times a day, after meals. Recommendations for correct oral hygiene: Begin by brushing the outside of the teeth, in small circular movements with the toothbrush slightly tilted. Then, with the toothbrush in the same position, brush around the inside. The chewing surfaces should be brushed from the back forward. On the inside of lower front teeth and upper front teeth, keep the brush as vertical as possible. The molars should be brushed with back-and-forth movements. A good brushing should take 2 to 3 minutes.
