How to use

Use Sensodyne Sensitivity & Gum Toothpaste daily, twice a day, to brush your teeth. Apply it to a dry toothbrush and brush, insisting on areas with stains. Do not forget to brush your tongue. Rinse with water. Finally, use dental floss. A good brushing should take 2 to 3 minutes.
