Unscrew the base of Dr. Scholl Velvet Smooth Lima Electrónica in an anti-clockwise direction. Then, separate the base from the device and remove the adhesive. Put the base back on the device and turn it clockwise until it locks. Gently rub the file over the hardened skin and let it work. This file should only be used for dry skin. It should not be used on wounds or cracked skin. After filing, apply moisturizer to your feet.
