Hold the Wet Nasal Moisturizing Nasal Gel bottle upright and insert the applicator into the nostril, keeping the other nostril covered.

Press the applicator once or twice, as needed. Rub your nose to distribute the gel evenly inside. Repeat the operation on the other nostril.

In the first time you use it, it might be necessary to press the applicator several times (5 to 10 times) until the gel starts to come out.

Wet Nasal Moisturizing Nasal Gel can be used frequently and for long periods of time because it does not cause habituation.
