Use Curaprox Enzycal 1450 Toothpaste daily, 2 to 3 times a day, when brushing your teeth. Apply on the toothbrush and brush, insisting on stained areas. Rinse with water. Recommendations for correct oral hygiene: Begin by brushing the outside of the teeth, in small circular movements with the toothbrush slightly tilted. Then, with the toothbrush in the same position, brush around the inside. The chewing surfaces should be brushed from the back forward. On the inside of lower front teeth and upper front teeth, keep the brush as vertical as possible. The molars should be brushed with back-and-forth movements. Don't forget to brush your tongue. Rinse with water. Finally, use dental floss. A good brushing should take 2 to 3 minutes.
