Rice Toner hydrates, nourishes, and brightens all skin types, especially dry or dull skin, leaving it soft, comfortable, and revitalized.

- Main ingredients: goami rice extract, niacinamide, adenosine
- Texture: milky double-layer (water + emulsion), easily absorbed
- Formula: nourishing, hydrating, and brightening
- Free from parabens, silicones, ethanol, essential oils
- Vegan and cruelty-free
Shake Rice Toner well to mix the water and emulsion layers. After cleansing, apply onto a cotton pad and wipe over skin, or press onto dry areas. Can be used as a local mask for soothing.
