Lunette Menstrual Cup Heavy Flow

Before using the Lunette Menstrual Cup for the first time, you should boil the cup in plenty of water for 2 to 5 minutes. For the first few times, you can wet the cup with water or a water-based lubricant to facilitate placement. To insert the menstrual cup inside your vagina, flatten and bend the cup and squeeze it firmly with the opening facing upwards and guide it into the vagina. The cup should be inserted towards the back, tilted backwards. You must move up and down until you find the correct position. The menstrual cup should be removed 2 to 4 times a day (24h). Women with light flow can change only in the morning and at night. To remove, simply pull the tab and squeeze the bottom of the cup to remove the vacuum. It must be removed slowly. Special care: it should not be boiled for more than 5 minutes. You can cut the tab of the cup, but be careful not to damage the base. It should not be cleaned with strong or scented cleaning agents.
